Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms & conditions before purchasing a gift voucher:
Gift vouchers cover the session fee as well as an included family print at 8x10" matted to 11X14". The photography session will be held at a time and location agreed to by Smitten Studio Photography and the recipient and is non refundable but can be rescheduled due to weather or illness. The photography session is to be held within 20km of the Brisbane metro area unless stated on the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are not-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and the session must be booked for a date within this time frame. Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
The recipient should contact Smitten Studio Photography well in advance of the expiry date in order to make sure there is an available session time available within validity of the voucher. Please note that the sessions are limited and I book out weeks in advance.
For products over the value of their gift voucher, the recipient will be charged my normal prices. Gift vouchers covers one photographic session only and orders from that session must be made at the viewing session within 4 weeks of the photo session. The gift voucher is for the recipient and their immediate family only and it can be used towards a family session, maternity session, newborn session or children session.
